Photography as a way to spread optimism and beauty all around. That's what you see in photographer Diana Gomez's work.
The Venezuelan made her career mostly in London, but currently participates in major editorials around the world. With clients like Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, Nike, Adidas, Coca Cola, Warner Brothers and celebs like Rihanna, Courtney Love, Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift, among others.
Right now she's working between London and L.A., using talent and hard work as the basis for her images. That plus her goal of exalting her love for all things human and natural.
Diana will be participating in a special event at one of our pop-ups - on 06.28 she'll be with us in Venice Beach in a mini photo studio taking pictures of visitors. Customers will get personalized polaroids while they enjoy snacks, drinks, and the music of Dj VOOMZ.
Check out some of Diana’s favorite photos. And come hang out with us.
This must be one of the quickest shoots I have ever done and most of the time was spent geting her changed into the long gowns… I just wanted to dance and have fun with Riri…. so I played the music loud and got dancing with her… She was brilliant! She said she liked me cause I was mental! Beautiful and wild as the caribbean sea.
I had the brilliant idea to photograph Taylor walking down the streets of Portobello Market on a sunny summer’s day in London; not realizing that we were followed by dozens of fans and papparazzis who managed to upload the same pictures I was taking onto the WWW within seconds… I had to think quick and ran into some of the shops along the street and ask for permission to do my shoot indoors instead. I remember Taylor loving all the antiques and buying beautiful chandeliers for her house in Nashville. She wore a very similar outfit to that famous MTV Awards moment when Kanye was rude.

This story was a tribute to the life of an ex Miss Venezuela who was killed in my home town Caracas by two teenage delinquents. I wanted to pay homage to the lives that were lost and raise awareness to try to end violence, gun use and corruption in Venezuela.
I photographed Idina for the cover and fashion editorial of L’Officiel and my concept was to shoot a story about day dreaming. I find it very difficult to sleep as my mind keeps flying around keeping me awake all night. So I shot a story of a girl who was sleep walking down the streets of East London dressed in fabulous gowns and discovering her reality through dreams.
She is one of my favourite girls, so down to earth, talented, and beautiful inside and outside. We spent the day in Topanga. I wanted her to blend in with the Red Rocks. She is one of my favourite rocks. Rock royalty with such a beautiful soul! I can see it shining through.
