Paris shone even more in September with the Swarovski Elements platform, created by Swarovski in the heart of fashion shows of Porte de Versailles, which took place all over the city, between the 3rd and the 6th.
The most famous trade mark of crystals of the world prepared for the occasion a show of the works created by designers of various countries with their incredible and glamorous light points.
Melissa Ultragirl by J.Maskrey, was there, of course! With the little plate “Brazil”, to attest their origin. ;)
The idea was created so that visitors from several places of the world could find out what is new in the Swarovski universe. The result? Full success: many visits and many compliments!

There's new coming up in the Melissa Gallery! Following on the wave of customizations that became famous in the first years of the store, we launched a limited edition of slippers created by designer Eleonora Hsiung.
A São Paulo native living in Goiânia, Eleonora is responsible for the charming atelier Vila 516, where she recently launched a charming collection of accessories and clothes in tulle, called “Unsustainable Lightness”.
Her trade mark are maxi-accessories full of personality, as we can see in her customization of Melissas Ultragirl, that are beautiful, with wide ribbons at the heel that involve the ankle. Eleonora also has a passion for uncommon materials, such as nuts and bolts – which give her work a subversive and contemporary look. The price of the model is R$ 190.
Enjoy it, because this edition of Ultragirls by Eleonora Hsiung is very exclusive and exists only at the Gallery! There are only 30 units of each color, and the novelty is making great success;)

With Holidays and Christmas gifts, the famous editors’ choices, and its trendiest outfits and accessories, are intensified this month. Melissa caught the attention of import fashion editors, who picked up the brand for the latest editions of two important magazines.
Suzy Menkes, the most respected fashion journalist in the world, included Melissa Three Straps Elevated + Vivienne Westwood in an amazing accessories selection she did for Please, the French magazine. And Susan Joy, who writes for the New York Times, suggested Melissa Lady Dragon Ball in her Thursdays’ column as a stylish and fun Christmas’ gift.
The images are gorgeous, and Melissa was highlighted in both magazines. See the images ;-)

- The new Melissa Wanting + Smurfs!
There's no way to start a post about a Melissa + Smurfs collaboration without humming the little song that is part of man Melissa fans' childhoods especially now that they've returned with force, with the release of The Smurfs film and the boom of Smurf merchandise.
The line Melissa Wanting + Smurfs is integrating the tribute that Colette created for the group of Smurfs. The store was invaded by Papa Smurf, Smurfette, the Smurfs Clumsy, Grouchy, brave. Brainy and the rest of the colony of blue creatures as a marketing stunt for the film's release. Besides an incredible window display dedicated to the small characters, Colette selected products that pay homage to the Smurfs, and the Melissa + Smurfs was there, available exclusively!
In the Power of Love collection, the Melissa Wanting model got traces of characters created by the Belgian illustrator Peyo (Pierre Culliford) in two versions: one with Clumsy Smurf and the other with Smurfette and Clumsy Smurf. Four color options are available: navy blue, red, white and black. To finish things off, the shoes come with a delicate metal pin of a little Smurf head.
It's impossible to not be excited about the return of these blue gnomes! And no need to search for conspiracy theories behind the design. ;)
To see the Melissa Wanting + Smurf flats up close, just visit the sassy Colette at 213 rue Saint-Honoré 75001 in Paris.
